Responsibilities:
Influencer Engagement
• Begin developing relationships with media/influencers
• Develop further understanding of influencers & issues globally
• Monitor coverage & conversations in social media
• Craft & customize influencer pitches & social media content
• Contribute ideas & brainstorm on media/ influencer strategies
Digital & Social Media Acumen
• Monitor, report & provide insight on competitor & issue-specific social media activities, unique & creative uses of social campaigns or emerging technologies as necessary
• Draft & finalize social media content for agency-managed client accounts Client Engagement
• Begin engaging & increasing client-facing interactions
• Develop final internal & external materials including action emails & recaps for internal & external clients

Core Responsibilities:
– Analyzes inventory availability to control and manage oversell
situations on cable networks. Review and assist sales in clearance of
new orders and revisions. Monitors sellout levels to optimize inventory.
Communicates oversold inventory, manually manipulate spots in networks
schedules, and provides recommendations for reallocation of inventory as
appropriate.
– Develops and maintains control and clearance procedures for client
spot buy orders. Ensures and verify that contracts are entered with
proper inventory allocations in a timely manner.
– Processes inventory reports as requested.
– Works with sales group to resolve problems relating to inventory.
– Assists and contributes to the overall coordination for the flow of
information and communication between sales, sales support and
traffic/inventory departments.
– Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
– Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
