Purpose of Role

 

MWW has an opportunity available for an Account Supervisor on the Corporate Communications team. 

The Account Supervisor will have intermediate expertise in corporate communications, including creating and executing strategic media relations and executive thought leadership programs. He/she will also have experience with integrating social media as part of corporate communications initiatives. The Account Supervisor will also have the proven ability to manage and help grow junior staff and be capable of working both independently and in various team settings.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic account management
  • Development and execution of corporate communications programs
  • Creation of editorial materials
  • Managing media relations programs and working extensively with media
  • Ability to operate in a client-facing role and to provide strategic client counsel
  • Lead day-to-day activity on key accounts while managing a revolving set of client projects related to corporate communications, executive visibility, and media relations
  • Work with senior practice leaders on new business opportunities, and contribute to the marketing of the corporate communications practice
  • Mentoring and supervising junior staff members and leading account teams on a day-to-day basis
