Financial Controller
Key Responsibilities:
– Managing Finance Department & Team Building
– Formulate & Review monthly financial, management and statutory reports
– Formulate & Monitor Yearly Budget and Quarterly Forecast
– Cash Management and Treasury
– Liaise with Client, Tax Authority, Internal & External Auditors, and Banks
– Ensure Sarbanes & Oxley Compliance for both IT and Finance.
– Assist Business Team – Client Negotiation and Staffing Plan
– Implement Automated Processes and BI to Streamline Operations
Qualifications:
– Degree with a strong focus on Finance and Accounting
– CFC & BFM with at least 10 years and 5 years related experience in MNC respectively
– With Advertising and PR Industry experience is a strong plus-Excellent knowledge of Chinese and International Accounting Standards
– Self-Motivated and Result Orientated with High Level of Flexibility
– Great Team Player with Strong Managerial and Operational skills
– Good Communication & Written Skill in both Chinese & English
– Accounting Systems & Excel Proficient
