- Have at least 7+ years in the digitalspace, with proven experience delivering successful digital and social mediaprograms across channels
- Are passionate new media experts withability to drive thought leadership for clients and the agency
- Are talented writers, clearcommunicators and engaging presenters
- Are knowledgeable about theintersection of earned, owned and paid media
- Have experience in program measurementand analysis
- Can act as trusted advisers formultiple clients
- Are proven program managers whocan effectively oversee multiple work streams while partnering with projectmanagement
- Comfortable handling financialresponsibilities
- Love to drive new business
- Enjoy mentoring and developing talent
Primary responsibilities include beinga:
- Senior manager for top-tier clients,acting as the agency-client liaison
- Strategist who can translate clientobjectives into successful programs
- Thought-leader for both clients andagency
- Coach to several direct reports,ensuring successful performance and growth
- Driver of coordination andcollaboration via diplomacy and persuasion across inter-agency teams
- Shepard of the entire creative processfrom strategy to execution and ongoing measurement and refinement
- Casting Director to identify righttalent and needs for each project and building high performing teams
- Accelerator to the envelope toinnovate and then sharing best practices across other teams
