Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, strategic and creative Senior Account Executive to join a dynamic team of professionals delivering world-class account support to an industry leading consumer technology client.
Responsibilities
- Media relations for mobile industry trade, technology, business, broadcast and lifestyle media
- Ability to execute against multiple projects simultaneously, including events, press material development, media briefings and product launches
- Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to support client objectives and stories
- Ability to drive media and social influencer engagement strategies
- Provide client counsel on tactical matters, linked to strategic plans
- Anticipate client needs and prepare in advance
- Represent clients and products at industry conferences and events
- Execute media relations programs, events and launch activities
- Develop and edit client materials, including work-back plans, briefing documents and pitches and press releases
Success Factors
The ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of the fast paced technology industry, consumer technology and mobile products, and strong project management skills. The candidate should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to translate technology into consumer benefit language and ideally have a personal interest and passion for technology.
