As a key role of the team, this person will be mainly responsible for Intern management and ensure consistent high quality talent is coming from local and international intern programs.
Other Responsibility:
- Manage Intern recruiting, offering, on board, and termination process.
- On board preparation and documentation arrangement.
- Probation, contract renew and termination management.
- Accurate direct sourcing, use existing recruitment channels effectively, and explore new channels, also be able to fill assigned full time positions.
- Maintain Staffing channel and evaluate the ROI of each channel every year.
- Establish also update intern staffing process, design evaluation form when necessary.
- Collect company and talent information from competitors and maintain this information continuously.
- Long-term relationship building with target candidates in the talent market, proactively follow up talent moves.
- Talent sourcing from various channels.
- Consolidate staffing report and work closely with Fesco on employees’ insurance and benefit issues.
- Other assignments assigned by line manager and HR Director.
- Be able to lead and coach interns.
