Control day-to-day legal operations and drive legal strategy.

Educate and provide counsel to ICR’s executive team on compliance, risk management, legal issues and corporate governance.

Draft, negotiate and review client and vendor contracts.

Liase with Information Technology on Information Security practices and issues.

Partner with Human Resources on employment contracts, policies, termination documents and employee matters.

Oversee compliance and training on insider trading policy.

Advise broker-dealer representatives on compliance, legal issues and deal structure.

Negotiate credit documents and leases.

Draft corporate documentation for all ICR entities.

Oversee outside counsel on major litigation.

Interpret laws, rulings and regulations and determine how they apply to ICR.

Implement legal operating standards and keep current on best practices and regulations.

Develop and update contract templates and policies.
