The Role
You’ll need to have a strong background in agency life. You are a Great Mid- Senior Creative Writer and be looking for a strong Art Director to partner with. Your potential Art Director, is a lovely guy with fantastic skills on all mediums and a real craft master, who is looking for the right person to work with.
You will be assertive and have a voice, but you will have the ability to partner with and compromise wih another in pursuit of the ‘Big Idea’.
You’ll be highly conceptual and have a portfolio of powerful creative ideas across fully integrated campaigns. We will be particularly excited by any stunning Print, that is really smart and funny, any TVC’s that really jump from the screen, viral Film pieces that have had a high number of downloads or shares: as you will have the opportunity to work on these sort of pieces here, with an incredibly supportive client.
It’s the perfect opportunity for a senior writer, or an up and coming mid-weight, to have the freedom to develop fresh ideas and see them come to life for WWP’s Flagship Client, across a diverse product base: from C Max to Mustang.
You’ll be working alongside a talented group of creatives, strategists and technologists with a unique opportunity to shape the direction of a rapidly developing truly integrated agency.
Responsibilities:
- Pushing creativity and innovation across our client portfolio
- Producing brilliant concepts to solve real business challenges
- Liaising closely with the Creative Director, Account Directors and other team heads
- Selling in big ideas and pitching to win new business
- Steering ideas through from concept to realisation
Your skills
- 3-5+ years’ agency experience with a proven track record in digital
- Strong conceptual skills and ability to develop ideas across customer touchpoints
- Portfolio full of integrated campaign experiences which extend into social spaces, including work for different global brands, audiences and media channels
- Experience developing and delivering client presentations
- Dynamic thinking to spot opportunities or make sense of the most complex briefs
- Copywriter – track record developing the narrative, language and tone of voice which sells big ideas with words
- There is a real sense of humor in your work
- You have a demonstrable track record of landing the ‘big idea’
