We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager for our Turkish business who will report to Head of Strategy & Client Relations.
The role will be a combination of oversight of client delivery and junior team management, as well as contributing to new business development. A key requirement will be the ability to help create, lead and inspire a small, but fast-growing account team, across a number of international and local accounts. The incoming candidate will have a clear track record of client servicing and complex project management within the PR and related sectors. A strong focus on PR & marketing is to be expected, so experience in this area is a pre-requisite.
Client Servicing

Develop and manage strategic public relations programs and execution – from day one, expect responsibility for 2-3 major client relationships to grow significantly as office develops;

Manage PR campaigns and day-to-day activities for clients. Duties include content, materials, messaging generation, defining media contacts and outreach

Search and monitor coverage and analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results;

Regularly share feedback and insights gained from researches and monitoring with clients and team, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion;

Monitor trends in media and inform the team about developments in media;

Help facilitate cross-office and cross-practice collaboration to ensure clients have access to the best people and services;

Facilitate strategic discussions with clients and prospects that identify the key challenges, opportunities and areas for exploration in the planning and developing of communications and public relations plans;

Demonstrate an understanding of how online community engagement integrates into a complete, sustainable communications program by developing online engagement strategies for clients;

Understand key client industry issues relating to products, product categories, technologies, primary and potential competition and general issues facing the industry;

Understand marketing and business goals and strategies of clients and their key competitors.
