Team Data’s mission is to elevate and protect data as a corporate asset, leverage data as a business driver as well as explore the potential unlocked by big data. The department supports The Economist businesses, mainly Circulation and Media; and explore new opportunities enabled by data across the Group.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Customer Database Support Executive, to be based in London. You will report to the Group Customer Database Manager.
In the role you would be expected to:
- Respond to requests from our different business units on contact lists, counts, profiles and analysis
- Support list rental production on behalf of EIU and The Economist
- Establish good working relationships and communication channels with The Group
- Ensure timely production, maintenance and distribution of regular reports
- Identify areas for improvement in data, processes or procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends developments and best-practices
- Assist with database updates and troubleshoot data issues
- Support on project work
