The Customer Success team is looking for a service-minded Social Media professional, with hands-on experience in social advertising, and a passion for working with great global brands and agencies. You are highly effective at building long-term relationships with customers by connecting their strategic investment in Falcon Social to tangible business value.
This position requires deep knowledge of the Social Media advertising landscape, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for technology. Other languages are a welcome bonus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish the customers’ success criteria and goals
- Execute strategic services to deliver on these goals
- Provide outstanding service to our customers
- Maximize customers’ adoption and success on the Falcon platform
- Deliver product training (onboarding)
- Conduct customer webinars and create documentation, educational resources etc.
- Manage, own, and nurture the customer relationship
- Be an expert on Falcon Social features as they are launched
- Represent the voice of our customers internally
