The marketing team is looking for a data analyst to implement and execute our reporting requirements and help drive better insights across the department that ultimately will lead into smarter business decisions. As a part of the Marketing Operations team, you will work in a dynamic group focusing on conducting full lead lifecycle activities analysis including requirements analysis and design, develop analysis and reporting capabilities through BA tool, and continuously monitor performance and KPIs control plans to identify improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze big data through BA tool in order to build data driven marketing insights.
- Manage and implement tagging and tracking on digital touchpoints.
- Architect and build data dashboards from multiple data sources to measure marketing KPIs and Advertising spend
- Work closely with the Marketing Operations director to support and provide all Lead & customer lifecycle reporting including lead progression, lead stage conversion, marketing ROI and others as required.
- Create models and processes to collect, distill and interpret data with a view to aid better, more informed decision making across departments
- Assist in analyzing data insights and uncovering opportunities within Lead and customer lifecycle across departments
- Understand and architect new models within the BA tool in terms of data sources, extract, transform and load into data dashboard
- Analyze shifts in market dynamics, territory /region dynamics, marketing tactics trends, and lead performance trends to provide valuable insights and drive better decisionsSupport and influence different departments and teams as a marketing insights expert
