Responsibilities:
- Support Regional Insight & Analyst team by gathering data effectively and efficiently
- Provide reporting and measurements for key channels such as websites, email or social media
- Possess understanding of analytic planning and apply logical flow and hierarchy in collecting and tracking digital data
- Demonstrate proficient implementation of tagging, tracking, QA and maintenance for deliverables or part of projects
- Provide research project support to different teams within the agency through high quality monitoring and measurement
- Gather relevant information and content for research or measurement and provide analysis on the result
- Demonstrate interest in and possess basic knowledge of client’s business, including financials, industry, competitive landscape, marketing channels and strategic direction
- Work closely with manager and team to meet deadlines, identify and make suggestions about deliverables based on client knowledge
- Responsible for activities of project team, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Analytics, Library Sciences, Information Sciences, Research or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years of professional experience in market research, media research, communications measurement, analytics, library science, journalism or related fields preferred
- Strong search techniques, apply best methods to obtain data by using database and internet searching; solid awareness of research methodologies such as primary and secondary, quantitative and qualitative, and are versed in measurement tools and processes
- Familiar with social media and blogs including forums and micro-blogging platforms and good understanding of evaluating key metrics in different media
- Detail oriented and commitment to self-editing
- Curious and enjoy finding the story behind the numbers
- A strong listener with good communication skills, ability to interface with clients and meet audience needs
- Able to effectively manage time/deadlines, prioritize activities based on urgency and needs
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and proficient in data and research tools such as Factiva, LexisNexis, etc
