Falcon Social is looking for an Account Manager with a specific focus of nurturing and developing our existing global accounts. You will join a team of 6 Account Managers who are managing their own client portfolios (including renewal negotiation and upselling) with a strong emphasis on forging long-term relationships in close collaboration with our Customer Success Team. Your manager will be our Head of Sales who has the overall responsibility of leading our Account Management team, but on a daily basis you will work with the team and team leader.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure a top notch customer experience for existing clients by understanding business objectives and aligning them with platform functionality
- Advise existing clients on best practices that will drive ROI
- Identify and drive potential growth areas with existing clients
- Maintain constant contact from initial onboarding process through negotiation of renewal
- Coordinate support requests and further training for existing clients through regular service calls
